Crude Oil Oil prices climbed more than 1% on Friday ahead of long U.S. and UK holiday weekends, but posted the biggest weekly drop of the year.  Brent crude futures  rose 93 cents to settle at $68.69 a barrel. Crude Oil Oil prices plunged on Thursday, losing about 5% as trade tensions dampened the demand outlook.  Brent crude futures  settled $ 3.23 lower at $67.76 a barrel. Crude Oil Oil prices fell about 2% as the DOE confirmed the build in stocks reported by the API.  Brent crude futures  settled at $70.99 a barrel, down $ 1.19. WTI settled $ 1.17 lower at $ 61.42 a barrel. The expiring June settled at $62.99 a barrel, down 11 cents. Crude Oil Oil prices on Monday rose to multi-week highs before easing later in the session as OPEC indicated it was likely to maintain production cuts that have helped boost prices this year.
